How were Sumika, Meiya and Kashiwagi's routes wei123, worth a read? I think I may wait for Photon Melodies and Flowers to be completed, I believe they include some of Alterd Fable? How was the volley ball?

I've got Lucy sat in my Steam library too, I guess everyone got the same humble bundle? Still playing and planning to finish Kikokugai this evening, this also raises questions about the human/AI/cyborg interface and where the line should be drawn; I'm really enjoying it so far and it feels like a nice short read. Oh this backwards April fools is hurting my eyes! EDIT: Ignore that, I was somehow on 'page 557', I blame April fools!

I know what you mean, but you're right and I agree it fits the series. Thank you for the last week of bouncing progress and ideas about Dreamysyu, it's been an lovely experience. Also many thanks for double spoiler tagging when I was guessing what the first 'all ages' edited scene would be, oh how wrong I was! I'm a bit lost as to what to read next, I don't think anything will be as enjoyable as the end of MLA was. I have Kikokugai, Chaos Head, Memorys Dogma and Grisaia ready to read to choose from... but I think I'll go along with Dergonu's recommendation, besides I could probably do with reading something short after so heavily investing all my free time into MLA post Chapter 7. To be honest I think I would really like to look for a VN with multiple bad ends, have a bit of a challenge read. I loved FSN for that.

I'm still waiting to read Ageha's route in Konosoro... which everyone says to avoid as the MoeNovel version makes no sense, even with the uncensored patch. Which is a shame as I enjoyed what I read so much in the other routes I actually did a gliding session, lol! Every chance I get, news article and updates I poke MoeNovel about fixing it, not that they ever would but at least the bashing / pressure is there.

So after reading your comment I obtained Kikokugai, I think i'll read it next to fill the huge gaping hole left by Muv Luv Alternative... Right now I feel empty and detached, not knowing what to do after finishing MLA. Such impact, a real mixture of emotions at the end. MLA Ending Spoilers:

I do most of my reading on a dell venue 11 pro, i find its 1080p screen is perfect (vibrant and sharp) for newer titles but can look a little blurry when stretching 4:3 games. Which is to be expected. Also i find fanlass tablets ideal for VNs.

Firstly many many thanks to the mod that removed my post, I was so worried about Tyhndd reading that, but after four hours sleep I've release that all I needed to do was hold control... doh! I was agreeing with Dreamysyu before saying that I also like to avoid as much knowledge of a VN as possible. That's likely to be why both scenes were very impactful for me, with both playing on my mind all the following day or two at work, but the first affecting my sleep a little. Though the comment about salt in the eyes for the second one was perfect, censored or not! I couldn't agree more wei123, the so much consequence, I especially liked the bit with Yuuko-sensei Wei123 I probably have like 30 minutes to an hour left of reading, but I was too tired to continue. Don't read Thyndd, chapter 10 chat in here: I'm excited to think that I can finally start hitting the forums once I've finished reading MLA. I cannot wait for that as it's something I tend to avoid, to avoid spoiling myself as Dreamysyu suggested. Well like PiggiesGoMoo I'm going to openly admit I entered the world of VNs via Gibo in 2004/05 when I went to University. I went through my fair share of 'dodgey' VNs always returning to Gibo amendment that I would make the right choices to have both the step sister and step mother, but alas I never did. I'm not so much ashamed but wish I hadn't spent quite so much time on Hongfire being corrupted all those years ago... I would say I legitimately got back into VNs with Fate Stay Night after watching FSN Zero around 2012, the release of this series reignited the bashing of the old FSN Deen adaptation on ANIDB so I gave the VN a go, and I'm so glad I did! But my constant reading only really took of in 2016 when I finally got myself a Windows Tablet. Nothing better than reading on a sofa!

I wish I could have picked two... Kurisu gets my vote, for her wanting a fork.

I'm truly glad that you edited you posts, I didn't read anything I shouldn't have, but more importantly you let me know that I have much much more reading time to go. This is fantastic news as I do not want this roller-coaster ride to finish! So I've learnt I have a semi-impactful, as censored, h-scene on the horizon... I had the 18+ patch for Extra / Unlimited as was a backer; which was totally worth it just for Marimo. I take it once I reach this 'impactful' scene it might be worth a google? That said I probably won't as I've generally avoided doing any googling for fear of spoilers, which is ridiculous considering I've had another version of the game sat on my HDD for many years now. If I had known I was going to enjoy this much I should have just read Muv Luv Alternative earlier. That said I'm glad I paid for it.

I'm playing steam version of muv luv alternative, I imagine that the first scene you're talking about is where Takeru For me, even though censored it was a very impactful moment, and the conversations and lack of eye contact later certainly imply the dreadful deed happened. I think I'm likely near the end now, though I believe, please don't spoil, a horrid twist awaits me... I can feel it, as (avoid reading this Thyndd as I'm 30hrs in now)

I just started fault 2, and wow, that intro was seriously amazing! Never seen anyone do something so out of the box like that before, absolutely loved it! I shouldn't have waited so long to read it.

Finally finished SG0, took forever as I just lost interest with it. As you said Vorathiel, some great moments, but overall completely irrelevant as we had the perfect ending in SG. Glad Suzuha got fleshed out though, and I liked Maho. Next ever17 or Root Double...? Started fault milestone 2 instead, glad i did... best into ever!

I stared long and hard unsure which to pick, but the tiger dojo and sheer amount of bad ends tipped it for me, even though in my heart Karisu > Rin... I cannot believe the blasphemy that has just left my finger tips...

Melty Blood++ but I'm a little bit biased. FSN is a blast, do it for Illya, do it for the tiger dojo! Have you checked out Beast's Lair? iirc jacktheinfinate101 has compiled all the re-releases of FSN and made many many improvements, I would start there.

Started reading Steins;Gate 0, only just a couple of hours in. I was surprised how the first scene with the amadeus really gave me a sad feeling, even though I know this is set on the beta line.

Still reading Steins;Gate, which is absolutely amazing but I cannot for the life of me get the ending I want through effort (which I find is normally possible with other VNs), the text choices must be completely cryptic!? I think I'll just resort to a route guide on the next run through.
