Are there any like this? A romance/wholesome VN with monster girls that has a plot and specific routes (not translated is fine)

Disable your firewall and any security software, and then run the game as administrator and try again. If that doesn't work try submitting the information while connected to a Japanese VPN. I've also found, by googling, that you may need to open Internet Explorer (the browser) and reset the settings. Why this would work is beyond me, tho. Good luck!
