I put 恋と選挙とチョコレート.bmp back , deleted KoichocoHook.exe and hook.dll and unmounted but the problem still persists.

I deleted 恋と選挙とチョコレート.bmp just to see the errors beacuse the picture was on top of them.

Anyway, I have a question.

What is applocale?

You seem to have mixed 2 different guides to install it, that's probably not a great idea.

Anyway

I suggest you do a clean re-install just to make sure there's no mixing.

Also, don't use applocale.

I was browsing around a bit and found out this is a very rare and uncommon error in general.

Especially because this error is related to macromedia which was Adobe's old name.

The initial error says:

Unable to load movie playlist. Does the .INI file exist. It must contain a section "[Movies]" with an entry 'Movie01' = Pathname.dir'.

(The following errors are just "the program is now going to close")

Couple things that can cause this:

Insufficient disk space

Path name is over 128 characters long (which actually might be the case here, I suggest you rename Koichoco's folder to something shorter)

Flashplayer is corrupted/not correctly installed (re-install flash player's newest version)
