Kamui_Kaito Posted July 12, 2013 Share Posted July 12, 2013 Dear Community, I've got a problem regarding Shikkoku no Sharnoth. I love the novel, but something's bugging me... Everytime I start the game, all the CGs and Scenes I discovered/collected have been resetted. How can I fix that? I'm using version 1.9.1.1. Kendjin Posted July 12, 2013 Share Posted July 12, 2013 First of all, right click the game folder, make sure Read-Only is not ticked, and make sure it applies to all files and folders in it. Tay Posted July 12, 2013 Share Posted July 12, 2013 To add to what Kendjin wrote: this indicates your computer is not allowing the program to record its progress to the hard drive. Check that it's not "read only", as Kendjin wrote, make sure that you're not actively seeding the game via torrent, and that your directory permissions are correct. All of this is assuming you're running this game off a hard drive. If you're running it off a CD/DVD (or USB, depending on the settings), things are a bit different. In all the other novels I "played" (Clannad, Katawa Shoujo) there were. Not, that I mind at all. Shikkoku no Sharnoth is awesome, though. But how does it develop the story towards the end?
