You really want to ride the Majikoi S hype train with JAST at the wheel
Rather than ride the JAST train.... I'll be saying: "Arr, matey!!!". <--If you know what this mean.
But I have feeling that a benevolent driver with a decent train will arrive at the Majikoi S and other Majikoi version/sequel dreamland before JAST does.... XD

Currently camping here in the hype train. So far I'm already seeing the silhouette of our destination. Though, there are turbulence here and there but the crew assured us that they won't falter to those stuffs. I'll just give them my support for the final spurt... XD
P.S.
I hope I can aboard again to a reliable hype train which would take me to Majikoi S (edited since I realize that my statement before sounds as if I'm favoring over JAST)... XD

Hmm, my guess is that it would really be hard for jast to convince all of the members not to release the patch here since there are already a lot of people involved in the current translation. But they could have high probability that they will handle the majikoi s and other "sequels/versions" of majikoi. But the internet community is so vast that they couldn't stop fan-translators (noob or veteran) from translating one of the majikoi's before they do. Except if they are able to release one of those before the fan-translator's...
So people, give them, the current fan-translator team, your trust. Keep calm... XD

If you feel ashamed of people discovering you browse a site with a pink theme I think you need to take a step back and reflect on it.

No worries... As I have already mentioned, I'm pretty cautious about me accessing this site since my ninjitsu skills in hiding things are flawless...
Thus I have already reflected this way back before deciding to be a member of this site and using pedobear as my avatar.... No one will believe that I have this "hobby" (visual novel) if a person will caught me on the act since I'm a kind law abiding citizen... XD
In short, I'm neutral if you choose pink. As matter of fact, one of the site I visit that teaches how to draw manga/anime has a pink theme. XD
I have a suggestion so that no one will fight over what color to choose... What if you will include almost all the colors... Somehow like this...
Edit: But it will sacrifice the site loading time since it is a huge picture... Nvm... XD

wait your not done with moro but on the first posts (yes i read it unlike a lot of people) it says QC 100% or are you talking about finalizing?
He's talking about the patching since they were able to create a program thanks to the "slaves", if I'm not mistaken. But I doubt if it's called finalizing stage since there are a lot of tests to be done if they want high quality work.
Edit: Wow, experiencing lag. My answer now seems to be many post late... XD
But anyways, they're somewhat near but the release will depend solely on the "tedious process" (quoted from Emperor Emblem), and quality checking on the patch. Miyako route will surely catch-up when it's its turn to patch after the patching of the other routes... XD

Don't panic people. We are going really fast with the patching. And if necessary we can make the patching at the same time that Ouraibaa make the QC.
People are panicking because of the "series of unfortunate events" that is happening in Majikoi translation teams (Yandere translation from back then and this new team). There are also rumors that Miyako route is cursed and causing these "misfortunes". True or not, people are just afraid that another misadventure will happen.
So please take your time but with extra-extra-extra utmost care. Most of us, I believe, want quality and completeness. So no rush to you guys. XD

Bit of a sad update.
I accidentally lost all my translation files when working on some of my computer hardware.
Now, I had already sent all the corrected scripts back to Dowolf for reviewing, so I could just pull those back off Gmail, but Miyako's QC progress is lost and will have to be re-done. So Miyako QC is back to 0%.
This is the third wave.... At first it was kosuna... Then Azengar... Then this... Press the save button and back-up in all drives including others' drives... And also get an exorcist in every religion available... And finally, I'll send some loli guards to protect you guys... XD
But seriously, I suggest that you guys share your on-going work within your team... Well it's a suggestion base on experience... XD

Wow, glad that people are working and helping each other. I really appreciate you guys. But I'm curious if you guys already informed Oraibaa. I think you should ask his permission first because he knows the current situation. This is to avoid any predicament. But I am really rooting to you guys that you will be able to help the team now. XD

No no xD. If i am not mistaken the "slaves" are inserting the translation into a .bin files. What i can do is merge these files into the original Script.pac so the game can work.
I have no means to automatically insert the text so they still have to manually insert it.
Are they just editing the bin files directly
Aww... So the programmers/hackers (slaves and pseudodiego) are using brute force.... Azengar and your translation program where art thou? XD

Well, i finally managed to recompile the .pac so if the translation team finish inserting the text i can recompile it.

It may be a coincidence, but there is a precedent for people just... disappearing... when they're heavily involved in Majikoi translation

But to be safe, I think it's time for the team to back-up their works (like giving a copy of their current work to each member of the team) incase that one of them is the next target of this "curse" so that anyone can continue if worse come to worst...

I read the manga and I instantly loved it because of the simple, and well built characters. But after hearing that it will be turn into anime, it gave me both excitement and anxiety. Excited because I'm able to see the characters moving with voices. But I'm also anxious because I don't know if they will split different stories per heroine route or they will make it as one. And also nowadays, companies are focusing fanservice that results to sacrificing details on screening time.
Today, I was able to watch "episode 00"/"teaser-episode" of Saenai Heroine no Sodatekata which is produce by A-1 pictures which is known for Fairy Tale, Ao No Exorcist, and Sword Art Online. The animation is very good but as expected fanservices everywhere (which I deem unnecessary and hindrance to story development as I mentioned earlier). Ironically they also talk about this issue in the prologue part of the said episode. But hey it's still a teaser of the anime.So what are your thoughts?

Trinity Seven - Enjoyable and the main protagonist is weak but with powerful abilities.
The world god only knows - Not really a weak protagonist. But the manga is good.
Date a Live - If I recall he is not dense as Infinite Stratos' protagonist. In that case you seriously need to bang your head in a steel wall.
What comes in my mind of harems. Not really my favorite genre though.

I think this issue is a matter of a person's perspective. There are three types of viewers and creators in this world (readers or audience, and writers,mangaka,animator), the deep thinker, the shallow thinker, and the escapist.
Deep thinker wants a masterpiece that tickles their minds. They incorporate different facts from their experience. Even if you say that there are deep thinkers who goes beyond these facts, they still acknowledge these facts and perhaps they just expounded them or contradicted them. In short they always want their brain constantly working.
These people are privilage enough to have a decent backround (mainly education and perharps food, shelter, psychology, family and etc). They are genius but rare.
The shallow thinker, in contrast, refuse to use their head to comprehend something infront of him/her. They are just relying on their "pleasure" which is just a primitive instinct.... In short, "look, BO*BS!!!" or "look, P*NIS!", they say.
They are the "deprived". They perhaps lack of education, nourishment, psychological health, and etc.. Because of this, they are regressed as an "animal" instead of being an ordinary human or something great. Unfortunately, they are a lot of them out there. Note, it doesn't restrict to financially poor.
And lastly the escapist. They are the ones who just want to escape from the rough reality. They don't want to use their minds too much but still their train of thought is still grounded by their basic human experience. In other words, they just want to relax and unwind as an ordinary person.
They are basically ordinary humans who are healthy in every aspect. They make, watch, or read things as a coping mechanism to maintain their healthy well being.
So my point is we can't condemn people because they are stupid. But we can assess why they are like that. And maybe we, or someone will help them....
