    If you can do the programming drills fast enough, you can do whatever you want afterwards

    Haha.. I just wished I have a programming lab class.. But instead, I have a chemistry lab, physics lab and a hellish engineering lab.. totally not VN friendly..

    Are you referring to Symphonic Rain? If you need the auto mode, you can click the > icon on the lower right above the >>. The auto mode speed can be set in options, below the window transparency under adventure.

    This one's technical

    You cannot see the buttons when reading Arietta's letters. You might need to click until you reach the part where the text is only in the window.

    For Narcissu, I haven't opened it yet so no idea.

    I was talking about Narcissu.. Ohh well, I can still finish it without those so I'll be fine..

    Because I think Symphonic Rain is underrated. Though it's obvious that not everyone will like it, I think it's worth the read. On that note, I don't know how Beato find it xD

    About Narcissu, I have it. I think I should play it at school :P/> since it's for all ages.

    I'll give you my thoughts when I start reading it.. And what seems to be the case with Beato and Symphonic rain? ^^

    I think its story is promising (seems to be hugely dramatic, from the atmosphere it creates).. The artwork looks good as well..

    Though I'm having a bit of a problem.. I can't find the Auto mode button or something, as well as the option in changing the text speed.. Care to help?

    Well, you might like to try Symphonic Rain.

    You can try Ef is you are looking for drama, or Canvas 2 if you are looking for something light.

    I kinda had a hunch you'll be going with Symphonic Rain (don't know why though B) )

    I'll take your recommendations and will be downloading them in the future..

    Meanwhile, I found a VN on my desktop that I have yet to touch, Narcissu..

    I think I'll see what it is while I still can ^^

    Preferences or genres? I might be able to throw some titles.

    I would prefer romance VNs, though I don't think I exclusively play to such specific genre.. Anything with a good storyline is good for me.. I'm just an avid fan of good and interesting stories..

    I wish you good luck in studying Japanese.. I also want to help quicken the pace of VN translations, though sadly, I have zero knowledge in Japanese.. Once I become less busy, I think I'll also start studying it.. Right now, all I can do is help in editing and in quality checking..

    Your first VN experience

    My first VN was G Senjou no Maou..

    Being a fan of anything with a good storyline (movies, manga, anime, game, series, anything), it was quite an eye opening experience for me.. Reading an eroge is just not the same as watching movies or TV shows.. It just does not give you a feeling that you are in the protagonists shoes, you actually are the protagonist itself, and it just blew me away..

    As for my first experience (*ahem), I would say the amount of time I allotted was worthwhile, and I think had it not been my first VN, I would still be hooked on whatever I tried first (my choices were FSN, which I almost played, and Clannad, which I learned thereafter was extremely long, so I saved it for my second one)..

    And after my first experience, and a lot more, I've become addicted ^^

    Yeah the main character Is an asshole and I couldn't like him what so ever. So it can be hard to play but the writing in each arch is fantastic. I loved it. But when you play it if you want to reach 100% complete you will have to do things that make you feel horrible. Or at least I did. But it is still fantastic writing. Worth it :3 and as for the anime yeah I didn't like it to much but the ending made it okay with me. It's only about 13 episodes right? I recommend just pushing through them.

    Well, I'll try to search for it in my HD ^^ I hope I haven't deleted it yet (It was the first anime series that I hated ^^)

    With your recommendation, I'll add it to the list of VNs I'll be playing.. Thank you ^^

    Right now I just finished Kud's route in Little Busters!..

    I was so moved!.. Just so, so moved!!..

    Ohh my.. I can't express my feeling right now.. Just so overwhelmed!!..

    Best character route I have played so far!.. Just gives me a ton of emotions!..

    Woahh.. School days.. May I ask if it is good? I tried the anime but didn't want to finish it.. The main character was just too annoying, and I feel sorry for her girlfriend.. Is the VN version and its series better?
