Alright, so I was wanting to post pictures, but fuwa died.
First, in part 1, I spent exactly 30 quartz, and 10 tickets for:

One Nobu, and two Saber Frans. So luck was looking good.
Jump forward to part 2, I had a remaining 210 quartz saved:

This was my first 10 roll. (I have not touched Vlad at all... I will eventually.)
This was my last, from the 210 quartz. (Oh yeah, and I got the 2 Raikous and Nito from this chunk too.
So I look at her NP level, thought, "Well damn, I'm out of quartz... but MAAAAN am I feeling greedy."
Spent about $50 or so? For some more and I got:

lol, so from this, I was blown away. I wanted NP2, got NP3, so was just went, "welp, I'm satisfied with this."
If it's of any consolation, I failed to get 5 of the 5* CE and never got a Helena (Not that she looks that useful tbh)
And there ya go. One step closer to a full SSR support:

Yeeeah, you guys should've waited if you wanted Nero. Depending on how they handle things, the Nero Festival may be the first event, meaning a Nero/Nero Bride rate up.

I highly recommend against leveling Saber Lily. Purely for the fact that it's not a good use of resources at your current position in the game. If you REALLY like her, I guess go for it (I admit she was my first level 80.) But logically speaking, you get more out of your resources by leveling a servant like Tamamo Cat or Lancelot right now. You can always just max level Saber Lily later (but this usually means that she won't be used anymore, for the most part.)

Uhh, for now, if you can, sure. Lancelot's a fine servant. And... you're sure you don't want a 5* servant account? I still have a Vlad account just sitting around.

Performance-wise, Lancelot is better. Tamamo Cat's NP causes her to have a full turn stun, which is a horrible issue.

I've been playing FGO for more than 2 years now. I still don't have OG Blue Saber. You should've rerolled for her. I tell myself this all the time.

And uhh, I really starting to second guess myself about playing the NA version. Reading this game's translation, which I'm not particularly fond of, it really reminds me one of the biggest reasons I started learning Japanese... and how much I continue to just slack off with learning.

I know, but I'd still need to make an actual TEAM again. Level up servants, gather mats, etc. It's not just some free ride, unless you have the proper friends for it, and I'm not going to be able to do that.
