    Persona 5

Yeah but that was in Japan, I was considering its official release on Western market so it was 2017.

    Persona 5

So recently I've been playing Persona 5 and I'm really into it. It becomes like one of my most favorite RPG games so far. It has excellent story and music, the gameplay has slight change since Persona 4 and it works out pretty fine for me. Personally I would prefer Persona 5 to be the best Ps4 game this year. So have anyone played Persona 5? Do you think Persona 5 is the best PS4 in 2017?
  3. Sign... really stupid of me, putting hope on this. But look on the bright side I guess I can get Bioshock 1 and 2 with cheap prices and mod them up.
  4. WARNING FOR PC GAMER: I've seen the reviews and overall the collection is good enough, not excellent but yes exceptable. However, PC version is "wonderful" port with "bug-fest" and "crash-fest". I plan to play on Steam, so seems it is best to wait until the patches fix all that annoying "fest".
  5. True but not much anyway. I mean it could surprise ppl who've already played the game beforehand so to me that's not really impressive. Or it just because I played as cheesy spellcaster :D.
  6. Ah yes I remembered, Scholar of the First Sin. Not mention the graphic aspect, the only thing they add in the game is the 3 DLCs in which probably people already bought it long time ago. This edition is most likely for people who haven't get Dark Souls II yet.
  7. The changes mostly about aesthetics so I think this will mostly attract old fans of the serie. Not sure about the others though cuz they can them with pretty cheap price. Not sure what you mean with Dark Souls II though.
  8. Yeah sadly it seems just that. Let see, for the collection, you will get 3 games with 60$, all 3 games will include full DLCs. It also includes developers's behind the scene and stuff but I think most people will ignore that.
  9. Just an announcement for people who are Bioshock serie's fan:The Bioshock Collection will be launched in North America on September 13, Australia on September 15, and internationally on September 16.This includes Bioshock, Bioshock 2, Bioshock Infinite, all have remastered visuals in 1080p.Will you get them?
  10. From the way you put the number 3 point, I can understand as "mundane and boring large open world". I've played Witcher III and Dragon Age Inquisition and I have to say they built a pretty good large open world with contents and visuals. So I think it will be a really tough work for FFXV since the developer needs to be able to keep up with the open worlds from Witcher III or Dragon Age Inquisition. The world may not need to be super duper large, but it needs to have contents and stuffs to do within that world. If not, yes... meh open world which is not worth exploring. By the way I dun mention Metal Gear Rising Phantom Pain cause I've played it. it will be stupid of me if I mention something that I dun really know.
  11. Yeah sorry bout that Personally I have more feeling toward Persona 5. I played both FF and Persona, both are fantastic. But then everything with FF seems to go down in my eyes. They use the Western RPG (Hack&Slash), it's okay, but it overwhelms the heart of FF, turn-based rpg. To some turn-based may feel boring but it is turn-based element itself which forces us to think about how we should act, how we should plan our next move in each fight. Probably I prefer strategical playstyle so the hack&slash does not always work for me. Sometimes, it feels like they move FF toward Western RPG element in order to please the Western gamers. Also another thing about FFXV reviews. I dun mean that their reviews are wrong or just for commercial purpose. But personally I think about the authors who write the reviews itself. Most authors are Western reviewers, therefore their ideas are heavily affected by Western preference. In that case, FFXV maybe appeal to their liking, but for the Asian gamers and small part of Western gamers, that doesn't mean they will please with the new FFXV.
  12. I saw someone posted this thread on another forum, it is kinda interesting to see their comments so I wanna test it here .So coming up next: Persona 5 and FF XV - which one you will get/play first?
  13. Currently I'm reading several new generation manga series, so I feel like to give some reviews for them. This one is World Trigger: Story type: World rescuer... absolutely not new so this can be boring.Pros: + Has some pretty good concept about fighting styles (like dividing role - Sniper - Gunner - Melee), bunch of weapons varieties (especially the Black Trigger). + Involving pretty deep strategical element, combat involving plans and strategies in order to win, not just charging in the battlefield with the power of "trust and believe" and win. + Main character is not badass (actually this is both cons and pros). I put it this way because seems there is a trend of super character right at the beginning. Main character follows a pretty interesting path to me, he's a thinking type, not fighting type, his struggle between being a good fighter and being a good leader.Cons:+ Somehow I feel the storyline is slow and somewhat mundane. The story is gradually becoming more interesting in the recent chapters (at the moment of this comment) but still not enough impact to pull me in.+ The main character (Osamu) is so... irritating, so weak, he can cause annoying feeling to many readers at the beginning. Luckily the guy is getting better as the story goes. That's all I can say at the moment, so to conclude for now I also give this one 7/10, not excellent, definitely a hit right at the start. I can recommend this one to all manga fans, IF, you are patient and forgiving enough since it will surely annoy you at the beginning. Seems it is best to wait for several more chapters to see how things go.
  14. Hmm... I mostly play RPG so here are some games, I cannot remember all the games I played though @@ Dragon Age series (Origins - II - Inquisition) Witcher III Elder Scroll V Skyrim Fallout 4 Demon's Souls - Dark Souls I - II - III (sadly haven't played Bloodborne though)

  16. Seems you know a lot about this :D. Thanks for the information.
  17. WoW Thanks. Personally I want a Drawing Tablet for anime-ist drawing and cards drawing so small one may not be a good choice. It seems Wacom dominates this market because for most of the time I have only seen Wacom recommendation.
  18. This manga serie is pretty old now but personally I find it really interesting to follow: http://myanimelist.net/manga/27679/Necromancer Explaination in short version: the serie is about a young necromancer who do his own job... resurrect dead people. However, in order to bring a dead one back to life, the "customer" will have to pay an amount of his/her lifespan. But that's not all, the resurrected will be possessed by a demon spirit who amplify the strongest desire of the person brought back to life. Each demon spirit type represent the sin or feeling that it feeds on. With each story, each customer we will see deep inside the life, the desire, and the deepest dark part of human side. Personal opinion: The story in this serie is quite dark and grim, though it's not something entirely new but it has really deep concept and idea behind. Unlike many other manga or anime series (games included) which has pretty simple resurrection concept: you are dead, a mage/priest use super rare spell "resurrection" and being you back to life, you live normally like nothing happened. But in here, resurrection comes with a price, the price is not only in term of customer's life but also in term of the dead one's personality and desire. Will being summoned back to life is good for the family? Hard to know, but one thing we can be sure: resurrected people are not the same anymore. Indeed, everything has its own price, and summoning a person back from the dead costs big price. So the question is: will you pay that price? And the deeper one: "What reason drives you to resurrect a person? From my opinion, I will rate this one 8/10, interesting story, intruiging and somewhat disturbing concepts. The artwork may deceive readers, unlike its "cute" looking character, the real grim and disturbing story lies behind. If you are really afraid of the concept of demonology and catholic stuffs, I dun recommend reading this one. But for the other, it's worth a try. Also, what interest me is that, I rarely see anyone discuss about this manga so I would like to bring it up :).
  19. Currently I'm interest in getting a Drawing Tablet for my hobby (price range about 150$). Sadly I dun have any experience with this kind of product so I dunno which one is good to get. Anyone has experience with drawing tablet before? Really need some recommendations, and thanks!

    Hearthstone

I have only played the "epilogue fight" between Medivh and Malchezar though, but it is so exciting to watch the characters conversation. Saw all the cards of wing 1, let see... Cloaked Huntress is actually very good, open an oppurtunity for Secret Hunter (Lock and Load + Yogg Saron also?). Not really fond of 2/2 Beast for Druid, though it could be used in Beast Druid deck. Saw some plays with Arcanosmith and that card can actually be insane with 0/5 body Taunt. Moroes is quite fun to play with, sadly he can easily be rekt by AOE (how hard can it be? Warrior with Ravaging Ghoul for instant, or Shaman with new Maelstrom Portal). Overall I agree that the new expansion will surely affect the meta, however, the exact effect is still a mystery though.

    Hearthstone

Hi, I'm new (in this discussion). I heard that the new expansion One night in Karazhan started but I haven't tried it. Has anyone tested the expansion and the new cards?
  22. Well... sound pretty sad if you ask me :(. Um... There is a funny thing often said by my friends: "Boys these days... if they want to have girlfriend they need to have a dog (Husky best doggy)". Mostly we have cat and dog as pets, anyone has some sort of "weird" pet, like my brother, he has a lizard pet
  23. This is just a English speaking topic in my English class, but I find it pretty funny to do so let's get on with it: "Imagine you are your pet, try to describe yourself and your daily activity."
  24. True, watched a little bit Youtube alpha stage and I feel a little bit down. But it is still early to make assumption whether the game is excellent or not
  25. Currently I'm interested in a game called "We Happy Few" after I saw this game's trailer in E3 2016: The game is on alpha stage and seems to follow horror-survival genre. For what we know so far, the game is about a "dystopia" city called Wellington Wells where all people use some kinds of drug (Joy Pill) in order to feel happy all the time and avoid sadness. The protagonist realizes the true state of the city and tries to escape from this so-called "utopia". Pretty interesting story , I have a big hope for this game, also because the game is created by the ex-developers of Bioshock serie (which is also much successful).
