  1. At this point this thread is just going in circles if you want feel free to lock it.
  2. No, I would have problem with this system regardless, it doesn't matter how often or what kind of projects they put out, they shouldn't need to have a crowdfunding/fundraising campaign before they do something, and yes I know they are just a publisher and not a developer. Well then feel free to not respond anymore we obviously aren't going to see eye to eye.
  3. I never said that the Nukige they pumped out were quality, though some of them are not bad (if you are into Nukige) However they put out quite a bit of content, much more than the 1-2 a year like you are referring to and all.... without having to rely on crowdfunding!
  4. Incorrect. It means that most of what Sekai Project has put out kickstarter or not has been mediocre. Though I admit I was pleasantly surprised with the Steam Version of Grisaia it was far less censored than I thought it was going to be.
  5. Now you are just putting words in my mouth and I would greatly appreciate if you would stop that, As you have mentioned before yes they are bring VN, however most of those have been OELVN's they have released exactly 2 Japanese Localized VN, Grisaia no Kajitsu (On steam) and NekoPara, yes I know there are more to come, however as also has been said companies have been able to create an industry without having to rely on that method, personally I would rather take quality over quantity.
  6. I've stated my reasons over and over again, a company shouldn't rely on crowdfunding as a business model. Its not trolling or a fallacy.
  7. I never once complained about the lack of translated games. But as such it shouldnt be used as a primary means of funding projects over and over again like SP does
  8. No my problem is the over reliance of crowdfunding, though their titles do leave something to be desired, and theres also the fact that 2 of the major campaigns were for titles that have a localization in the case of Kajitsu and Clannad.
  9. As the title suggests, I seem to notice that Sekai Project is relying on kickstarter for what it seems just about every VN project they have, I dunno about you guys but I really have a problem with this, there is nothing wrong with using kickstarter for the independent VN or the one off project like Mighty Number 09 or Little Witch Academia, but I think that its getting a bit ridiculous, they have like 3 campaigns going and just announced another.... on top of the Clannad and Grisaia ones... according to kickstarter they have 8 created ยท 18 backed thats ridiculous.
  10. Considering I ve already read most of it I ll keep my hype right where its at.
  11. There wouldn't be a thread if people didn't care dude.
  12. According to the person who created the format its a hard G sound.
  13. https://twitter.com/herkz2/status/610661788401545216 more good news about 97 percent on editing too
  14. I read the partial and it does have some interesting concepts and it sucked me in from Down the Rabbit Hole I
  15. That was my favorite route ironically enough at least so far.
  16. Now I could actually finish Looking Glass Insects without worrying too much which is where I stopped reading on the partial because I didn't want to get the end of Jabberwocky I and be stuck on waiting for the rest of the thing
  17. It was already at 93-94 percent too on the editing front, so it looks like by the end of this week, we shall have this kamige in our hands my body is so ready
