Question out of curiosity: hentai and doujin fans, where do you store your material? Folder somewhere visible, in the desktop for quick access or hidden in the depths of your HDD?

I'd be more invested into the gaming world which I withdrew from to be able to spend more time on VN's.
...Which is a pretty nice thing to fall back on when literally every translated VN which is worth my time has been read by me.
Actually, I sold my consoles and gadgets to be able to buy some VN's.

I think of this every now and then. I honestly don't know. I am very grateful I was introduced to this. Visual novels are therapeutic to me. When I am in bed and start feeling really bad, emotionally, VN's are there for me.
Probably this is more related to my personality rather than something else. They (VN's) soothe my mind and heart.

Whoaaa, now I am hyped for Rance VI! I have only played 1 and 2 and still finishing some quests in Sengoku, so there's still a long way for me, though it makes the wait better

Less than ten days for the airing of the third season. I stopped reading the LN's after the end of second season so am unaware of various things, reason for me to be a little thrilled.
Someone has been following the LN?

I really got immersed into it, the branching was pretty interesting and every character has its own charming appeal. Not even a dull moment on it. I would read it a second time.

What's your favorite VN?
I cannot exactly name one, as I have a number of favourites but am between Majikoi series and Sengoku Rance.

Hmm i can't say i have.
I just like experiencing different mediums.
I love reading manga, but i also like reading VNs. They both have their merits and i wouldn't toss one away over the other.
If i were to point out the one thing that changed is that anime adaptations of VNs are something i no longer watch, i just read the source material.
Anime and manga are and will always be a form of entertainment for me. VNs are the exact same.

I've actually experienced the opposite recently. I started reading VNs last year, and this year stopped reading them and been watching anime in my free time instead.
It just depends on what you are in the mood for, really.

Since a few months ago I've been through a decreasing interest in anime and manga titles. I am reading a VN so what is the point in watching anime? Let alone reading manga, which is difficult to get a physical copy of.
I still watch some series every now and then but for recreation only. VN's are as though I am immersing in a more vast and richer world.
Anyone has experiencied something similar ?

I wanted to come say hello to the community.
The way I got into VN's was rather unusual and dates from five years ago. Long story short. A relative (uncle) of mine went to Japan for laboral reasons and brought back some omiyage; from the things he gave me, it was a jinbei and a "game".
Everything started from there. My very first VN was the Play Station 2 version of Desire, though, back then I didn't know the term. However, the VN's that made a major change in my perspective as a reader/player were the infinity series by KID. (Why did KID have to end like that?) Since then I've been into this and seeing how everything is evolving.
I hope we can be friends and discuss over the forthcoming titles. :-)
