The anime is really good though, i'm quite pleasently surprised, animation is good, voice acting is good too. And it overall respects the manga's vibe. And onodera better keep shooting herslef in the foot otherwise it would be a 3 episode anime ^^. Try to see things from her point of view and I don't think her attitude it so ridiculous. I like all the characters overall (maybe not george cause he's the huge cockblock in the story, but yeah, he's the character making the whole thing a mess so he's quite ensential).
