install the game again, and when the message pops up, ctrl+c and copy paste the text into google translate.
I might be able to figure something out then, can you also give your operating system
And the path to which you installed it?

I'm pretty sure it's telling me to insert the disk. I'm on Windows 10, and I got the game off a torrent. I've found some people with similar problems, and they fixed it with a nodvd patch or by "hex-editing" the .exe file, both of which I can't do because I can't find the nodvd patch and I don't know how to hex-edit.

I might be able to help. Check PM soon...

Thanks to kiriri, I got the nodvd patch. Now to install, I assumed I had to copy the contents of the mounted disc folder elsewhere and proceed (since I can't put the nodvd patch in that folder). So I did this and renamed the patch to BGI, started the installer and it installed seemingly just fine and the setup screen now has the option to start the game at the top. But when I go to the folder where I installed the game and try to open the nodvd patch .exe file, I get an error saying it couldn't open the file and the location of the folder with \BGI.exe at the end. Putting the original BGI file there and opening it doesn't do anything either.
