Been looking for it since the link on TLwiki is down. It's the application that lets you extract and repack .spt script files.

Did you make sure to install the update patch for the game? Also, are you running the latest version of the translation patch? (There's a newer version than the one that was included in the fuwa torrent)

I liked it, it's definitely supposed to be an advertisement for the light novels but it's still worth playing if you enjoy horror / mystery games.
