    If you're using VNDS (which I'm assuming you are), the H-scenes are still there. You just need to unpack background.zip, and the images should display properly. I had the exact same problem with the black screen, but when I did this I got it to work.

    Does anyone happen to have a link to the latest version of VNDS? The one included in the OP and TPB link is pretty old.
