  1. I haven't had time to read a single VN, but I'm buying this to show support for Key. That said, I did a tag search for Visual Novel on Steam and got a Lot more hits than I was expecting.
  2. I'd recommend OP because: (At this point) Many completed arcs to consume Extensive/Amazing Character Development DEEP FEELS for many of the main characters through extensive back story and pivotal moments Although I'm a bit behind now, I've read the manga and watch the show. I'm not the biggest fan of "pirates" in general, but started watching (subs) a few years ago while moving/between jobs. I was completely (and unexpectedly) sucked in. It shouldn't take you long to figure out if you'll be into it or not.
  3. Thanks all for the warm welcome. Between signing up and now, I've started playing Sunrider: First Arrival on Steam. Visual Novel + Tactical Strategy.
  4. None Yet. I'm reading through recommendation posts now.
  5. About me: Lover of Stories - Always Long Time Anime Fan (since early 80's) Started of with Starblazers, Battle of the Planets, Tranzor Z, Robotech - eventually finding original sources. I remember when the only way to see new Anime was to be a part of a local club that would do VHS screenings at a library in a meeting/study, set up by somone who had a connetion in Japan that would send them tapes. JRPG Fan Started with NES Dragon Warrior & Final Fantasy and have collected most of them (across systems) since. My backlog is obscene. Once obsessed with Choose Your Own Adventure Books (when they were being published regularly) Had to read Every Single One I could find (at the library). So Much Fun. Eventually ran out. Manga Fan Didn't start reading Manga regularly until (unlicensed) translations were available online. I heard about Fuwanovel though Rockmandash's Beginner's Guide To Visual Novels and am pretty excited about the possibility of so many things I Love being wrapped up in a single package.
