Yeah, Hanayo is the kinda character archetype that is usually supposed to appeal to guys more than girls. But I can't resist the amount of rice cuteness. Nozomi is an interesting one... One of my female friends loves her to death, and another more casual player, also female, picked Nozomi as her starter and still likes her the most. When I first saw the anime, I rolled my eyes at the whole washi washi thing, thinking it was just terrible fanservice bait, but now I think she's pretty amusing. She's not among my top favorites, but I do like her. I wonder which idols are more common favorites among girls. The 'cool' ones, perhaps? I think my attitude sometimes gives off the impression I'm a guy. But it's not like one gender is better than the other, so it doesn't really matter if we get them wrong from time to time. Although it's kind of amusing considering idol fandoms are often said to be mostly for guys.

Me, but I rarely care enough to bother mentioning it. (Edit: Now that I saw Ezee trying to hide the truth, I feel like revealing this was a mistake.) My Western SIF friends are pretty much 50/50 gender-wise, whereas my Japanese LoveLive-r friends are all guys. Not that female fans aren't common over there, but I've come across far too many of them who were all "Look how special we are, we're girls playing SIF!"

Meanwhile I have two idolized copies of that Hanayo, one of them w/ skill level 2. inb4 you all taunt me with those plenty of Pana SRs I'm missing despite God knows how many 10+1 draws I've done. Yeah, don't compare yourself to people who've spent hundreds and thousands. I bet that if we all made lists of how much money we've spent, our F2P people would suddenly be a lot happier with their teams. It looks like everyone's doing pretty well with their teams anyway! Sounds good. In fact, we should try to get as many people from Fuwa as possible into one match. I think I was in the same Score Match as Eclipsed a few days ago, gotta check my screenshots again. Other than that I never really run into people I know, just ones I recognize (e.g. 2nd and 3rd place in the same match recently). Looks like someone has a sadistic baby whale fetish.

I'm too lazy to dodge... but I love it when people dodge me or a particular song because hey, free 3rd place or above. And like I said earlier, here are my team strengths: Smile 43630; Pure 42190; Cool 42608.

I wish there was an option to specifically challenge friends during Score Matches, regardless of team strength. I'd enjoy getting wrecked by Nicocchi's 'true' teams and wrecking RL friends who just started all the same.

So after 1 million players on EN, we reached another milestone... 10.000 replies in this thread! Where's our love gem bonus? Fuwa 4 best SIF community 2015. Couldn't help but think of Honoka's "Ichiban!". I'm not even running into bots as much as I thought I would, but it's still pretty annoying, so I might try nerfing my teams a little starting tomorrow or something. Maybe I'll throw in as many Nicos and Makis as I can.

I got pretty lucky with two JP accounts (one has Constellation Maki, the other one has three smile URs) that I'm currently trying to trade for an account with Eli URs/SRs, but if I don't get any decent offers, I'll gladly give at least the Maki one away. If anyone wants it by that time, that is. But yeah, UR luck is really weird. Trying to get one on my main account feels like burning my wallet into oblivion, and then a side account on JPN just casually gives me an UR for each of my 3 10+1 draws. Okay, RNG. Just... okay.

Exactly. Even "pro" players can get 4th place in Score Matches plenty of times, so don't worry. Just have fun with the event! As for the JP event, now that I recently restarted my account, my LP and teams are pretty pathetic, but I'm still enjoying this MedFes a lot. Wonderful Rush + Shiranai Love * Oshiete Love EX. Nothing particularly impressive, but I love high combo numbers Getting Shiranai Love in this event makes me feel so nostalgic. Back then when I started, it was the event song (which I couldn't even clear on Hard mode!) so being able to consistently FC it on EX mode now, despite health issues making me feel dizzy all the time, is pretty nice.

I really want to earn some EXP and clear song rewards, but I feel like it'd be more beneficial to wait for Kotori's event since I'm aiming for T2 (T1 if possible) anyway and more Tokens = more EXP.

@Ceris: Ah, the infamous fortified by 0. It's true that translating a game is always more than just translating text and the coding for it can be surprisingly complex, but to think that this took a couple of months... It really makes me wonder how much staff they have and how much time they spend on maintaining the English version. That said, my EN account is still my main and I'm grateful for what KLab is doing. I don't even really mind the occasional translation issues or typos (just saw another one in a side story today), but when there's a bug concerning gameplay/scouting mechanics that doesn't get fixed for ages... Ergh.

LazyLab... Touché. It just makes me cringe as a game developer, I suppose, because programming-wise it's such a simple thing to fix. @Nosebleed: Added! And don't get me wrong, I like the cards. But with plenty of other SRs left to scout and/or idolize, it's just getting really annoying to receive that many copies of the same card.

I'm not even gonna bother making screenshots of all my "unused" SRs... it's too depressing. And the amount I've used as practice fodder makes me feel even worse. (Looking at you, panther!Maki and teacher!Nico.) If I like the cards, having those extra SRs is still nice to make a bunch of different teams of best girls etc., otherwise they really do feel like a bit of a waste. By the way, I realized I have an open friend slot on EN, so if anyone wants to add me, let me know. I don't care about centers, I just like having people I'm somewhat familiar with on my friend list and maybe exchange messages every now and then~

There is no such thing as too much rice lovin'! But I should probably start talking about the other girls more. Right now I'm all fired up for Kotori's next event already -- I love the SR, the tokens (too cute!!) and the song. Gonna burn quite a few gems because my school/work schedule is very...unsuitable for events. Funny thing is, I have never used the word in a romantic context towards someone and I don't see that changing anytime soon. But casually loving my favorite idols and fellow friends in idol hell? That works for me. And speaking of the popular N cards, I will forever keep praying for more Minami appreciation.

I got to idolize a bunch of new SRs (I love the new Eli!), but also had to deal with repeats and whatnot, but then... then it happened. The Rice Goddess appeared. :wub: I'm gonna save the remaining gems for EXP, events or other draws. For now, I'm definitely happy enough. I know it's RNG, but still, thanks to everyone who wished me luck and supported me throughout this madness, haha.

My laptop thought it would be fun to overheat yesterday during the stream, so I didn't get to thank everyone who was there and made it such a fun evening for me. Congrats again to Ceris! And welcome to another fellow rice lover. Excellent taste. Some gaming communities can be scary for people who don't feel "pro" enough, but SIF definitely isn't one of them. We're all sticking together in idol hell. The more people share their unlucky draws and 1 Good preventing FC moments, the better.

I have a Samsung Galaxy phone and tablet myself. You need to press the home and power buttons at the same time for a short while to get a screenshot. It can be a little tricky to get it right on a tablet, so just try making a screenshot or two of your home screen or something -- so you don't end up accidentally exiting the game. Although even if that happens, you can just open the app again and it should take you to your previous screen.

So am I, but I can take screenshots just fine. What kind of phone are you using? And SoulJustIn, feel free to let us know what tablet you're using -- I'm sure at least one of us can help you figure out how screenshots work.
