Pop up errors when starting a game

I don't think that its possible to change the locale on Wine. I did change the locale on my computer to the Japanese Locale. Is there a Japanese version of Wine? -
Whenever I try starting up a VN games this error pops up. I've set the locale to Japan and I've installed the patches correctly. Any advice on how to fix this error?
