Can anyone recommend a VN with a protagonast who utterly excels at what he does? Examples of what I mean would be like Kirito from SAO, Sora from No Game No Life, or like the MC from Overlord. Basically someone who can't be beaten at his chosen field.
Examples of VN's with protags like this that I can remember off the top of my head would be Grisaia and Ikikoi.
I'm really really really sick of "normal" or "relatable" protagonists, I wanna look at him and be like daaaaam, that guys badass.
I can read Japanese so I don't care whether or not it's been translated but the newer the game the better.

A bit harder to translate:
*slurp slurp* (Or whatever licking/sucking sound is) ...the taste's pretty good too, sour and salty. It's an interesting taste. Not everyone would like this wild taste. But if it's from someone you love, you can't get enough of it.

See, that's not true. By professional, I don't mean someone like Mangagamer, I mean someone with a professional attitude. In other words, someone who will finish the things they start. If you want an example of what I'm talking about, take the Majikoi translation. The person who started it dropped it, and the wonderful team who spawned this thread eventually picked it up. It would have been picked up much faster had the original guy done what was reasonable and actually said he was dropping it, instead of simply vanishing and letting us figure out that he had dropped it

Have seen some groups refuse donations specifically because that would mean they'd have to continue till the end. I mean, you can't exactly accept donations and quit halfway through and not expect some excessive backlash. So most people see donations as a kind of shackle that would force them to continue when they would want to quit.
Personally, I think that you shouldn't start translating a VN at all if you don't have the motivation to finish it. It's better to sit back and let a more professional, motivated team handle it

How hard/time consuming is it for someone who knows Japanese to translate a VN?(ex.Majikoi,only Miyako's route)And what is the process of it?
As someone who's currently translating a visual novel, I'd say it's not that hard (well i suppose this actually depends on the novel. Some novels have pretty intense Japanese) but rather time-consuming. I've actually found that it's not that tedious since I'm reading the novel at the same time I'm translating it which means I get to experience the story while I work, which makes it a lot more bearable. But there's no denying that it sucks up a ton of your time

If you were talking about my comment to monmon then you obviously haven't been here long enough to know the kind of fucked up VNs he reads. There are many veterans of this thread who have been traumatized for life from carelessly following his vndb links. So rather than insulting VNs, I was insulting monmon's taste in them. Well, I suppose I wasn't even doing that, I was simply stating his taste in them, because I think even he agrees that some of the stuff he reads is fucked up
I wouldn't be translating Amairo Islenauts if I didn't like VNs... lol

Tokyo ghouls and p4g are my main target this season, but i have habit not to watch new anime of current season till 10 episodes or so( yes, thats mean i`m still watching last season anime.)
I don't think SAO would really count as a guilty pleasure, especially not compared to those super fucking weird visual novels you read. If you have anything to be guilty about liking, it's those

so anyone else excited for SAO II
I'm totally hyped. It seems like everyone I talk to recently thinks it's shit, but I don't really care. Don't know what to expect out of it, but I'm sure I'll enjoy it.
I'm super stoked. I read the light novels and am expecting great things from SAO II and judging from the fist episode (Which I saw the world premier of at Anime Expo with the author of SAO), I'd say it's going to deliver.
Just ignore the haters. The first part of the first season of SAO was excellent and the second part was good. Despite what the haters say, SAO is good enough to inspire a large fanbase and earn itself a second season as well as more light novels

(Watch it then; even though they're OP it's still amazing and fun to watch.)
I find that one of the main reasons I enjoyed the anime was how OP they were. especially Shiro. Watching her be badass was awesome. I'm kind of tired of watching characters I'm supposed to "relate to" because they're normal, pathetic and win more on luck than because of any real skill. I think if someones going to take over the world, then it's obvious they are going to need to be massively OP otherwise they simply wouldn't be able to do it. The classic random everyday guy who saves the universe thing is old and not even reasonable. Given that you're writing a story where your main character achieves incredible things, then the main characters should be just as incredible.
TLDR: Give me more OP main characters
