It will briefly show that it is trying to load/open on my cursor, but then it will stop as though it was never clicked on in the first place. JeMhUnTeR Posted May 1, 2014 Share Posted May 1, 2014 something probably went wrong with running it on japanese locale. Try using Locale Emulator or check if your system is still on jap locale. Had to restore my computer to factory condition, but apparently, the issue was with the computer. Still, thank you for the help, I appreciate it.
