Need help with PPSSPP text extraction for translation

Not sure this is the right place to ask this, but it does involve translation. xD I'm hoping my fellow VN game lovers and translators can help me out. lol 

I need to ask a small favor because I can't seem to find this anywhere that is considered 'safe' and I refuse to use an installer version from a random website.

Can someone please upload the zip/rar file of PPSSPP version 0.9.8 for Windows in English?

I looked on their official website and I can't find anything below version 1.1.1. Sadly none of those work with text hooking. I've already tried it. I'm trying to translate some VN games for the psp and I can't really do it without 0.9.8 apparently. It takes me a ridiculous amount of time to write the text by hand. x[

If you can upload it to Mega, mediafire, or someplace similar, I would be very grateful. I don't trust these random websites with installer versions of it... =__=; Please make sure all the settings are low (or default), and that the 'Rendering Backend' in 'Game Settings' is set to 'Direct3D9' or I won't be able to run it. xD Had that problem once already when I did find one that unfortunately wasn't in English.

Thank you so much! I can't believe I overlooked the 'releases' link on there. lol I was tired when searching for it though and I admit to being a total newbie with Git. xD; Thank you again~ I should be able to make this easier to translate now, assuming all goes well in hooking the text.
