When I launch, I get this error: http://i.imgur.com/GzOICmr.png I can't read Japanese, so I'm not sure what it says. I'm on Windows 10, and I've installed the English patch. My locale is Japanese. And this is a link that Ryechu provided in the same thread from yet another person having the same issue.
