On my last computer I didn't experience this problem so I think this may have to do with my Monitor or NIVIDIA gpu. I have tried many things from changing my display settings in control panels and adjusting my screen resolution. This only happens in fullscreen with black bars, when effects make the screen "shake." Without black bars there appears to be no problem, however with some games stretching to remove the bars makes the image disproportionate. I am using ASUS MG279Q Gaming Monitor GeForce GTX 1070 Does anyone have any advice? I've looked everywhere for people with similar problems with little to no luck.
