Hearing this much about Sengoku Rance I must give it a try then ! And I kinda understand the problem i'll face without a playthrough, so I see why it would be better with it x)
But I'll still start with Monster Quest I guess, more the type I was looking for...
Minna Daisuki Kozukuri Banchou : I think I'll give it a shot one day just because well "Eushully" x) I was really looking for some stuff from them because aside from kamidori I haven't found anything
Kami no rhapsody will be part of my priorities too founding 3 Eushully games with 2 ongoing translations was way beyond my expectations XD
And most of the games given seems really nice, Eien no Aselia looks really interesting too
I'll keep everything I guess, because I haven't found anything that seems really bad...

I really like Rpg/gameplay based VNS aswell, btw NekoHen is translating another game from Eushully which is Ikusa Megami Zero they are already finishing at the moment they are on the last chapter i think, they have the patch for the translation in their website so you can play if you don't want to wait for the full translation.
If you like gameplay i can recommend you some Vn/rpgs but they are not on the same level as Kamidori, you have Tears to Tiara, Utawarerumono, Hyperdimension, Minna Daisuki Kozukuri Banchou, Rance series (sengoku rance must be played), Brave soul not so good but i enjoyed. You have some nukiges like Boob Wars and Boob wars 2, Btw play Monster Girl Quest !
I've seen Ikusa Megami in Eushully's list and it's the one i was really looking forward to, I'm really happy to see a full translation coming, i'll follow this closely

I might try Monster girl first as it seems more like the stuff I was looking for...
Btw if you are going for Sengoku Rance i REALLY don't recommend you play without a playthrough seriously!
Need a playthrough because of difficulty in the gameplay phases or impossible to get out of a bad end without the correct choices ?
I don't really like playing with playthought I think it spoils the story quite a bit. On second or third play you won't be spoiled much but on first time... :[
I've also heard about Yumina quite a lot so I think I'll keep that in my priorities :')
I'll give a shot to Eden too, It's just stuff to pass time during train. I'll see that crappy gameplay and might be looking for something else if it's really that bad XD

I know i might not be the only one coming for this but I've just came to get my visual novels of the year x)
I'm looking for strong gameplay based Visual Novels or VN with lots of choices. I'm kind of a noob in the world of VN and I get bored quite quickly with just reading...
I don't care long games but long reading isn't really my style :|
I've already done the Galaxy Angel Series / Corpse party /Danganronpa / Kamidori (trying the 100% gallery will surely kill me) / Blazblue (not sure it even counts)
I've already tried Kara no shoujo but I actually don't really like the atmosphere even if the story seems great (Getting two early random bad end in a row doesn't help either) :[
And I'm currently playing Long Live the Queen that is really fun in it's own style.
I've been looking for other games like Kamidori but it seems that it's the only game from eushully that has been translated in english yet
For characteristics, I don't care about sexual content / yaoi / yuri as long as you don't have too much of it, and i can't read any japanese :')
I might also start Gadget Trial that seems like something relax but otherwise i don't really know :|
I'll take also short VN for the train, as i travel a lot :')
I've already read quite some of them (Planetarian / Nekopara / Narcissu / Sepia Tears / The rising angel series and others I don't even recall... )

I've just finished Sora no woto / Canaan and Zankyou no Terror recently. All three were worth it in their genre.
And I'm currently at episode 68 of Hunter x Hunter. I usually don't like the Shonen genre but this show is just something else...

I used to have a more otaku room but it has recently come to my attention that every time I have to move house, needing to move all those items across is a pain in the bum. That is why I have thrown out a lot of things as of late (-u-)~
I kinda understand this,
Every few months I have to change place (mainly for work and studies) so my room is a very practical one without much otaku related stuff. I only got a few posters I can carry easily and manga I brought recently but that's it. The rest of it is stored so i can hopefully display it the day I'll finally settle somewhere...

I've beaten both of them countless times (literally). I bought the Star Wars complete pack on steam when it was on sale so i decided to play through them again.
KOTOR 2 got a restoration mod that restores a bunch of lost content which makes it a bit more satisfying to play. I enjoy the philosophy behind the game as well, it brings a whole new perspective to the Star Wars universe.
I've finished the first game about 3/4 times but I was a little disappointed by the second one to play it more.
I didn't know about the restoration pack for KOTOR 2, this sounds really interesting ! I should give it a try then and I may have a better opinion of it in the end !
The philosophy behind the game hasn't catch much of my attention, but it is a little too far for my mind to remember. I agree that I gave a whole new vision of the universe of Star Wars and it is maybe the part I enjoyed most from it.
Maybe by trying to play the game once more I'll see it differently x)

I'm still playing Dishonored (I have the DLC to finish...)
Also returning on Dawn of War : Soulstorm recently that I still love as much as before.
I play also a lot on a few casual games such as Beat Hazard / Symphony. And yeah, I love music related games !
I'm playing through the two Star Wars Knights of the Old Republic games. I already beaten KOTOR 1 as a Sith sorcerer and I'm going through KOTOR 2 as a Jedi Weapon Master. My brother might buy me subscription to the Old Republic sometime soon so that could be fun.
KOTOR : that was some time ago for me x)
I really loved the first game even if it wasn't perfect, and as a Star Wars fan, I had to play it !
The second one is shorter and I remember being a little disappointed of the ending. But it was still worth the play imo.

My first anime was City Hunter a long time back but I still love it...
And after a huge stop, I've come back to animes a few years ago with Kami nomi zo Shiru Sekai that is also my first manga.

If you can MP me where you've find the french release it would be nice. I've almost never read a french translated VN so far, and... well... the one I've read... they weren't really worth it so they don't really count x)
Good luck for your translation project, it's a really good idea as french translated VN are almost none existant ! (Even Blazblue : Continuum Shift I got an English release of the game as it doesn't exist in french...)
I would have lend you a hand if I was sure I could handle the complete project but I doubt I'll be much available this summer...
@Monmon : Yeah I love Blazblue but I really didn't really see it as a Visual Novel because it is mainly a fighting game x) But the story was really nice.
I'm waiting for Chrono Phantasma to get to Fance now and if it takes too long I'll have to make it come to me x)
And most of the VN proposed seems really nice x) I thought i'll just get a few good ones out of it, but finally there seems to be much more than I expected !
Also I don't have the level to understand any Visual Novel in japanese now, maybe one day but it's far too early for that

@garejei Kara no Shoujo seems really nice I'm going to download it tonight and give it a try I really like de 50s atmosphere and even if I haven't tried dark VNs yet, I like dark atmosphere animes (Mnemosyne / Ergo Proxy are some amazing ones)
For Kamidori Alchemy and Dual Savior they seems too long for me right now, but Yumina seems interesting by the way, even if it's long I'll keep it somewhere.
Alicesoft games seems short and the kind I was looking for, I'll take a look at it after Kara no Shoujo
@Honako : didn't know of this series, seems some nice Yuri stuff. They seems also short so i may check them soon

For clannad I still got the release on my computer because, well... it's clannad... I couldn't delete it like this but haven't tried it once more, it seems I'll have to give him a second shot one day...

My name is Railingue, i'm 20 and I live in France. I'm still a student and as a hobby I use to work as a sound engineer.
I'm mainly an anime lover even if I read some mangas from time to time, also recently I'm not watching much and prefer playing, that's why I'm here today...
I'm quite new to the Visual Novel world, I've just started last year with Corpse Party and Danganronpa (2nd episode seen and I've just rushed the VN in 3/4 days afterwards).
I'm a long time gamer, so I like having at least a few gameplay components even if I know it's not the main objective of a Visual Novel. I found it gives some fresh air during the read. Galaxy Angel may be one of the best examples I have in mind.
Anyway, as I've almost finish the first Galaxy Angel VN, I was looking for something to change pace instead of continuing on to the next one.
In short, I'm looking for something short (<20 hours if possible) and gameplay would be nice but if it's short and worth I don't really mind. I was thinking about Utawarerumono maybe, as it seems quite nice, but I've never heard about it before...
In genre I love Sci-fi, Mystery, Yuri and Action for VNs (I tried Clannad once and well... Even if I really loved the anime, it was a little hard to get fully into the Novel when you already know the beginning by heart. I'll try it once more... One day...) and mainly RomCom, Yuri, Sci-fi for animes

Paris se fait toucher pour la deuxième fois cette année mais sur des zones "bien plus proches" de ses habitants (Je pense que quasi tout les parisiens connaissait quelqu'un parti au stade de france ou faire la fête dans le centre hier soir...)
Personnellement j'ai froid dans le dos rien que d'appréhender ce qu'il se passe actuellement, j'me dit que j'aurai pu être dans la zone où ça s'était passé à ce moment là et faire parti des blessés/morts tout autant que n'importe quel autre personne. Y'avait pas de motifs, c'était aléatoire et honnêtement c'est ce qui me fait peur. Après y'a aussi l'idée que c'est plus la première fois, c'est la deuxième et si ça a pu se reproduire ça peut peut-être encore arriver...
Enfin bref, j'avoue que je me sens plus du tout en sécurité maintenant...
