If any of you manage to find an official TL where I couldn't, the poem is called 志おとろへし日は by Miyoshi Tatsuji. It was published in an anthology called 一点鐘.

I noticed in the game that some text has utf-8 comma and other text has shift-JIS comma. And why do we need to use the Japanese comma, if the English one works?
