yeh sorry. i downloaded saya no uta from jast usa and i have windows 10 and when the game downloaded a black screen came up and the it just closes the app.

also this is way late to say this its just because i forgot and only just remembered today but i think its a downloadable game and i downloaded it when i first got it but it never opened the game it only opens on a small black screen when i try to open it and then it closes after like 6 seconds and today i tried to find the problem and it said the issue is

"incompatible program" what do i do?
