Could you please elaborate on why you think that a 18 year old OS would solve my issue? It's not like I don't believe you, I'm just genuinely curious because I find this particular fix extremely odd. I'm going to give it a try nonetheless, so don't worry your efforts won't go to waste kind stranger.

When I execute the setup.exe a pop up appears asking me if I wish to run I press yes and nothing happens afterwards, my system locale is in japanese by the way. My OS is windows 10 and my CPU is 64bit. Any form of help would be greatly appreciated
