I am having the same problem

So I have been trying to get this thing to work for like almost 12 hours now, and its not working, it is a crack file now, I downloaded it and replaced files, installed the iso, installed the game, I have run everything I can, I am in japan system locale, and it only opens very quickly with a black screen and does nothing else.
