I have a problem starting the game, I have no problem opening the game but every time I click "Start" there is always a problem. It says "The exception unknown software exception (0xc0000417) occurred in the application at location 0x7858c955". Can someone help me? I'm still using windows XP, there should be no problem with the system because this is not the first VN I install.
