yeah im using windows 10 o3o

I'm not sure if this is a common problem or this game doesn't like me but so far every time i try to start up this game i keep getting: An error occurred Error code:hr80076086c Exiting application. so far i have reinstalled the game and install the 1.05 patch but still nothing works so anyone have a solution?
