Yes to the spoiler tag, and no it wasn't all translated in the one I downloaded. They were unable to translate any of the moving frames I think

It took me 16 days, but I finally got through the amazing Muv Luv saga! I absolutely loved it and since those were my first VNs, I'd like some more to play soon! Already planning to play G-Senjou no Maou and Steins;Gate, so if you wanna recommend something else, shoot!

Anyone know what it said? There were plenty of parts through the game that weren't translated, but it just kinda sucks for the last few minutes of the entire game to be one of those parts too.

Thanks a lot! I tried that earlier, but you got me to realize I had to re-enter disc 2 after removing disc 1, not just remove disc 1. Here's to smooth sailing ahead! Edit: Wow, guess that was the last step. Thanks all, your input, especially you Eclipsed, was invaluable

Thanks, I'll definitely try that! Anyone know when I need to use winrar and on what? Don't know what matters and what doesn't, but these are all the files I have. I don't know if I should have or not, but I did extract some from winrar I think... Anyway, it would be great if someone could tell me what one to mount or extract or something.

Edit: Okay, I have the file downloaded, I have Daemon Lite Pro, and I have Winrar. Can someone tell me the next step?

Over the last 2 days, I've spent at least 4 hours trying to figure out how I can play this VN. I've never played, downloaded, or bought any before, and I'm interested in this one because I saw so many rave reviews. Basically, I'm not familiar with how someone would normally begin to play a visual novel. First things first, I have read that it can be tough to find the game, but does anyone know where I could buy it? If not, I would need some pointers on how to download it. I have seen PS3 and Xbox 360 versions of the sequel, but I would rather play it on my computer. For the download there are just a few things I know I need already, and just correct me if any of this is wrong. First, I need to change my system locale to Japanese. I already have done that, so that's a non-issue. Next, I keep reading that I need something like Daemon Lite software, and I have tried that, but I have no idea how to use it. Also, I would prefer some alternative, because the Daemon Lite software came with an annoying amount of adware. I also know I need winrar, and I had no problems downloading that or setting it up, but I am still not sure what to do or how to use it. Finally, I need some kind of download for the actual game. Considering all the love I've seen for the game and its sequel, I would hate to have to give up on playing it. I realize I'm asking a lot since I basically know nothing right now, but any help is appreciated! P.S. Sorry for the wall of text
