[Clannad anime or VN?]

Personally I'd go with the vn unless you really like Nagisa. The anime follows her route (somewhat) with a little bit of everyone else's added in.

As far as I'm aware the only other game that is related to the Sengoku era is Koihime Musou.

Cross Channel's mc tries to be normal, that's the only way they are similar. As for a vn with a socially awkward mc I'll recommend Edelweiss.

Just powered through the last couple routes I had left to finish. If there's anything I have to say about Comyu, it's that it is one hell of a rollercoaster ride of emotions.

So far in the few days I've played Comyu I finished Benio, Hisoka, and Mayu-Mayu's route.

As much as I liked the action thriller from the first two routes I really enjoyed Mayuki's route a whole lot more. Though I kinda wish the other 3 connectors didn't disappear from the story until the end in her route.

Looks like I finally have a reason to read Comyu, I've been putting it off for god knows how long now. 

[music while gaming, your own or the ost?]

If it's the game's own ost is not needed or if it's just bland I'll usually just play a Monstercat playlist or August Burns Red pandora station. 

[Has a VN ever made you depressed?]

Michiru's route in Grisaia no Kajitsu hit a few sore spots for me and had me relive a few moments in my life I'd rather not. I wouldn't say I had gotten depressed but it was fairly close to it.

[How do you read VNs (Stolen from reddit)]

If it's during the day then I just prop myself against my chair in the living room and enjoy myself at the desktop. Sometimes if I am engrossed in reading I'll take my dinner over to the desktop and eat there. At night I lay the laptop on my stomach like I am doing right now as I am typing this. 

[Do you guys use walkthroughs or not?]

Usually I'll glance through a walkthrough to see what type of choices there are. If it's the simple choose who you want to spend time with then I won't bother. If it's the vague, go to A or go to B then I'll probably use it. I also tend to want to avoid bad endings so when the choice comes up and it's not immediately obvious which choice leads to the good end I'll look that up.

[The scariest part of your day]

Scariest part of my day would have to be the half hour walk from the bus transit center to my college. I have to go through a shady part of downtown to cross a bridge over to the campus and I'm always on the watch for some dude to just jump my ass.

[What do you think about "Date A Live"?]

My opinion on Date a Live is that it's a fun nonsensical anime that set out to catch all the pokemon spirits. The story isn't especially great but it's still a lot better than the average harem anime.

Good riddance, we don't need another cesspool of junk on steam. The idea itself wasn't bad, but they need a system or at least a small staff to quality check the mods before hand. Leaving it to the consumer to police the mods just won't do. If they want to try this again another day they should do it after thoroughly thinking it through. 

[VG Club: Limbo Discussion]

Played about an hour so far.

I kinda felt bad for the spider when you kill it. I mean as you went along you used bear traps on it's legs, squashed it multiple times, and in the end ripped off it's legs and kill it on a hole with spikes so you can get on the other side.

I'd like to think I'm not as introverted as this says I am lol. Though it is a fact I rarely start a conversation on my own.

[Thoughts on anime/manga that are used for LN promotion.]

I both love and hate them at the same time. On one hand the anime will probably make me interested in a certain series, but on the other a lot of the time it ends when it gets good. Then to top it off sometimes the anime went farther than what is translated of the light novels/manga. One example would be Engaged to Unidentified, I loved the anime to death but the manga isn't very far at all TL wise.

If they want to push paid mods on to us they need to be at least at the level of polish of official dlc from whatever game the mod is for. Steam or the game developers themselves need to regulate the mods personally or this will just end up a sludge pit of crap that shouldn't exist.
