2. I kinda want to take a roll call here on everyone's top 3 favorites, I'm curious who our favorites are as a whole. I'll be giving points per ranking, 1st gets 3, 2nd gets 2, 3rd gets 1. Or should I do top 5, and do 5-1 points?

I definitely say "prin-temps." I don't think I'll ever be able to retrain my brain to see it as "prawn-tomps" or however.Printemps best subunit (despite Rin being my favorite), because they have the best songs on average. Though, BiBi has Fuyu ga Kureta Yokan, and overall I'm starting to like Lily White a bit.
Random thing: How do you pronounce Printemps? If you say it how it's spelled, you're wrong. The word is French and pronounced Prawn-tomps
Edit: does anyone know what EX songs are coming next on the EN version? The last ones were kind of boring... (>_<")

Glad to see someone else besides Ceris and I who like Hanayo and Honoka (those two in the top 3) =)
Although Rin is in the middle of the list, Hanayo is my favourite girl with Honoka right after her~

That is my absolute favourite Hanayo card. Hanayo best girl (and Rin... And Honoka). For Rin it's the one idolised card called whimsical kitten or something... And even though I'm not very fond of Nozomi, I think her idolised event card (the chest fondling one) is soo cool. I have too many favourite cards. Forgot to mention the upcoming Rin and Hanayo URs, would die for thoseGetting all rank 200+s is too hard, not because they wouldn't accept (Well, I don't know kintolenski
) but because I don't have the space 
And for leaders, I can't stand Nozomi's way of talking, so no to her. I just don't like Eli's personality at all in the game, so RIP her. Umi's fine except I hate her archery quote with a passion (the one about keeping calm). Everyone else I am fine with. My favorite leader is Hanayo because I like her quotes the best and her voice is really calming, which is who I have leader most of the time, though mainly because I didn't have any Rin cards I liked as much as the Hanayo cards. I mean, the Deer card is just so god damn cute!
Edit: meanwhile I've never been a participant on any forums before, so I have no idea how formatting works..... sigh

Ah, thanks guys. I got the fairy Rin from this event but I felt obligated to keep my Nozomi UR up, haha. Nozomi's voice is really grating, though (ｰ ｰ)

Quick question. Friend-wise, what is the best leader to have? If you have a smile UR, but the event is a cool token collection song, would it be more profitable to those in my friends list if I put a cool SR instead? Oh the irony, it's also 9:30ish where I am, I also have an essay to write for tomorrow, and I am also fucked on sleep. Still playing SIF though, this random version of event EX is fun (imho).
