Kirikiri 2 Game Little Help please

So, I am almost done translating certain game trial, but still cannot fix 2 thingies about text formating.
Kirikiri 2 engine game.

1) No Capital Letter in the Name   (Minor Problem but still....)

2) Pop up seems to automaticly read some letters (i,r,g...) as tags, even if they are not tagged in[] as they should to be recognized as tags. Is there simple way to dissable this ? I would rather avoid messing with game code itself to much, if it's not absolutly nessesery. Still many programing languages deal with by / or \ or other things. Any help please ?
 
That's major problem, many info po ups dont work as inteded skrewing up a lot of game making it unplayable.
