I can't get the Cheat Engine method of hooking text to work with Persona 3 Portable.

Textractor can't find a good hook Persona 3 Portable so I tried to use Cheat Engine with Hook any Text method but I'm stuck on Step 8 of this site https://github.com/MX-Futhark/hook-any-text/wiki/User-Manual.

I don't find any addresses. Can anyone help me out with this? Maybe just give me a hook code so I dont have to deal with Cheat Engine? Or maybe someone was able to hook P3P before with a different hook software other than textractor? 

My problem MIGHT lie in the dependencies thing but I doubt it. It says this in the installation page of "Hook Any Text." 

If you have not already done so, please install CE and Java on your system. Also confirm that the Java bin installation directory has been added to your PATH environment variable. To test this, open up the command prompt and run the command java --version. If it returns the correct version number and brand, you should be good.

To modify/verify the PATH variable: Win+R > Run the command sysdm.cpl to bring up the System Properties > Advanced Tab > Environment Variables... > System Variables > PATH. There should be something like "C:\ProgramData\Oracle\Java\bin" in the value section. (Please keep in mind that the value string might be too long to fully display so please copy out the value or use arrow keys to try and find it if you are having problems.)

When I put "java --version" in the command prompt even when I run it as admin, it says

unrecognized option: --version
Error: Could not create the Java Virtual Machine
Error: A fatal exception has occurred. Program will exit.

but I made sure to do this:

And some Hook Any Text thing is running with the 帽 kanji on it after I run Cheat Engine which is why I don't think this is the problem
