Okay I did that ( I had the locale setting incorrect) I went through rechecked and restarted my computer, but now I'm getting these pop ups
And not being able to read Japanese I have absolutely no clue what they say at all -
First I get
So I hit OK and then I get
When I try to open it without a torrent
with the torrent I get
So please help if you can >.< -
You need a torrent client first. Do you have one?
I have utorrent, but when I try to open the file using it is says 'unable to load file torrent is not valid bencoding.

I have tried downloading the Fate Stay night torrent file, and I can not get it to open. I am not any kind of computer person at all, but I have changed my locale to Japan, and made sure the file was not read only. When I try to open the Fate file I getting two blue boxes that pop up, and if I try to open the Fate.exe.console file it says torrent is not valid bencoding?? I have no clue what that means. I so please help if you can! I run on a Windows 7
