If you just want to convert images to .tlg:

  Reveal hidden contents

1. Download the kirikiri game engine (kr2_232r2.zip) from here: https://github.com/krkrz/krkrz/releases
2. Extract all contents.
3. Run kr2_232r2.zip\kr2_232r2\kirikiri2\tools\krkrtpc.exe using a Japanese locale emulator
- or change the system locale to Japan (Japanese)
That will bring up this image:

Dumping it into Yandrex produces this as output:

4. If the options are not showing, check the checkbox at the top that says show options.
5. Under Opaque images, remember to select TLG5 for input and, for the transparent part, TLG5 with Alpha Channel to go from png->tlg instead of png->png. 6. After that, just drag the input image onto that window and it should convert PNGs to TLG5.
