Someone mention that start.exe can't work with newer windows 10... now i have that problem

my OS windows 10 ver 1607 and when i click start.exe... appear the window game a few second then disappear -___-

how to solve it? this game work on windows 10 10240 before...

i download it with torrent and there is no iso,patch.. just that game in one folder
