Availibility: Weekends mostly; I work 8 to 4 and have a long commute, so I can do some during the week but most of the stuff would be done on weekends.
Motivation: Sharing VNs with non-Japanese speakers; tired of translating novels for class
Conditions: Having people that can do all the technical work; all I am willing to do is J to E translation. I don't mind erotic VNs, but I'd prefer something that has an actually story.
