Like I said adult heroine is niche in eroge games beside nukige games and you just want English games so you wil have very few options. I recommend you wait for Grisaia 2 and 3 to be translated, it has 3 adult routes even your blood related mother.

I am an older heroine lover, very few eroge games have older heroine beside nukige. I highly recommend Neo + second sister. That game has 2 milf and you will really enjoy these routes.
oh and another eroge Walkure Romance more and tell version has your cousin route and Celia senpai route, the game also has really nice art style

if you have learned Japanese you would have a bunch of choices, some nukige games has decent plot and I will recommend more, crescendo has old style art and you may be not like that game but it has English version.

Wow this game has a bunch of bad ends compare to School Days and Summer Days. Thanks for your walkthrough. Sekai has no route in this game, I hate her.
