[A good Windows Tablet for Visual novels?]

Oh wow... Both of them are a little out of my reach.

Sorry that its only in Italian, i couldn't find the precise model name nor i found it on an English amazon.

Do you think it would work?

So i was interested if anyone could give me some advice on a cheap one that could play novels like Rewrite, Clannad, Fate and Tsukihime.
