Need Manga Recommendations

I'm kind of having trouble finding manga that pulls me in lately.

I decided to switch gears and read some Josei manga as opposed to all the Shoujo manga i usually read and surprisingly enough the more mature approach to certain genres is really healing and fun to read.

I was hoping to get some romance manga recommendations to read through.

Conditions are that they should be Josei/Shoujo manga, I want characters that are over 18, preferably an older female lead (late 20's to early 30's) and a younger male MC (early to mid 20's), no teenage angst BS, i want some more mature romance . Mature doesn't necessarily mean the characters are super experienced with love, just that they're not complete kids, I think you understand the point.

Don't really have a particular theme I want but i usually stick to the mundane life type of setting, this isn't a requirement however.

If anyone has read anything worth it, please do tell me, i could really use something to read before sleeping.

The only thing I can think of that fits most of your requirements is Bonnouji, but that's seinen, not josei. Still, I found it a pretty amusing take on romance post-high school. It's almost pure fluff, there is very little drama, but it was a fun read.
