Members are free (and encouraged) to use fuwanovel to post about their translation projects, but fuwanovel itself isn't currently affiliated with any tl group. They will say things like "any translation done by Fuwa is garbage". What they really mean though, is that any translation started by Fuwa users "is garbage". As Fuwanovel itself is not a translation group. For whatever reason these communities (especially the 4-chan one) hate us and everything even slightly affiliated with us. In any case don't listen to them! Fuwa isn't a translation group, and the translators that do hang out here tend to be pretty good. As if Fuwanovel itself was a sentient being that machine translated VNs, or said stupid things/misinformation, instead of it being done by specific individuals. A few people tried to get together to restart it but I don't think anything happened. Though I do know a few people (myself included) that want to do this in the future but they're busy doing other things at the moment.
