I found out about the existence of the Visual Novel when i watched the anime Clannad was adapted from VN years ago but haven't really thought about visual novels. Though a lot of interesting animes popped out and learned that they was adapted from VN and that slightly piqued my interest, not until recently when the Grisaia no Kajitsu anime was released, the story really intrigued me and that was the reason i tried playing "my first vn" ever, Now that I've finished it the game, I was hungry for more, then i give G-senjou Maou a try and so far im really addicted to the story. well, that's all and thanks!!
