Yeah I tried using different script engines, but it doesn't seem to work. I've done research on it and found that Crass and ExtractData works on it except the .mes files are the ones with the script. I don't know how to get into the .mes files.

Hello everyone. I have a problem with a gyu file. The programm i use to extract is GARbro. Some image files of the game can be extracted, but some other have a unknow image encryption key. Does someone know how to bypass this? https://vndb.org/v11920

Ps: Yes i know Mangagamer works on the game. But i want to use the files to train myself in drawing.

Hello, everyone!  I managed to extract the images from a .dat file, but now I'm having trouble re-compressing them back into a dat file.  The folder has a large number of .bmp and .def files.  Do I need a special program to compress the folder into a .dat file?

First of all, be sure that you're using #fluffy's revision of RLDev. It's the most recent one.

After you get the latest RLDev, you should do this:
kprl -d -f 1.5 SEEN.TXT
Forcing the Reallive version to 1.5 does help you getting the files out.

After you finish translating a SEEN file, you should force the Reallive version to 1.5 again to compile the files.
rlc -f 1.5 SEENxxxx.org

This method works on CLANNAD, CLANNAD Side Stories and even Tomoyo After.
However, as you know, in CLANNAD you can customize your name/surname, but when you disassemble the SEEN file, the name identifiers are long gone, so you have to analyze where the name identifiers are, and manually put them in the lines where they originally were.

Hello everyone.

As you know, Chinese version of Planetarian HD has been released on Steam this week, and surprisingly, Key decided to use Siglus Engine for Planetarian HD, instead of Reallive, which was used in the Japanese version that's been released last year.

It seems that, instead of rewriting the code in Siglus and using Scene.pck to store code/scenario, they imported all the code from Reallive, and store them in a format called .dbs.
I assume that they'll use the same method in LB! English Edition too.
Can someone crack this file format?

Hello everyone, have someone try to edit the text on the script from Cyberworks? In my case I want to translate this one: https://vndb.org/v1036

I could extract the script using asmodean tools, but it seem that the script has a fixed string length which means the translated texts must have the same length with the raw text. The raw text can be found between the rubbish text, and I tried to edit it using text editor and hex editor but when I rebuild it again and run the game, I got an error even when I intentionally gave the same length of the raw text.

Okay so I'm working to translate Nanatsuiro Drops. I've extacted the game_sys.dat file but inside that file has a scenario.dat file labeled as an arcive. I can't extract anything from the scenario.dat file. If someone can get me the scripts for Nanatsuiro Drops  and a program to recompress the data, I'm willing to translate it. Unisonshift makes their games hard to translate.

I don't expect you to - that's exactly why I said that you may want to at the very least just stick that link (and the arc_conv link) at the very top of your post and just call it a day.

i have problems with XP3 viewer method, when i drag the game.exe to the xp3viewer.exe, only the game opened, the XP3Viewer just flashed up and then disappeared. I am using Win10, and this is the game https://vndb.org/v19595

EDIT: and when i try using kirikiri2, this problem showed up, i opened command prompt in the folder by shift+rightclicking
