Since I'm bored and nitpicking, prolly a comma after "The best girl". Though I'd prolly prefer the reverse and a dot, "Zakamutt - The Best Girl." Your cutout on the Mio pic looks really good though. I don't really mind what is taken from it, be it thematic stuff or characters, but something unique would be nice. If any character were to be put on the card I would say Shirakusa Ibuki or Shirakusa Mebae, though like I said, a mix of stuff is fine. Only other note I can think of is the case sensitivity on the names and Steins;Gate title. It is supposed to be a semi-colon.
