It's not really a matter of personality, as some loli's I've seen have mature personalities (In certain... videos. xD) And some have completely innocent personalities. I was on mobile earlier and couldn't post pics but of course Shinobu is the best loli. I love both her looks and her personality. She is the absolute perfect being. But that's why elementary school age fits within the category. Their body proportions are the ones of a loli. For middle or highschool age as long as they have the body structure they'd also be lolis. And in some rare cases some adults might have said proportions but usually not Lolis are all about the body proportions for most part. Keep in mind age also affects one's behavior so that's also one of the reasons. Nobody said you can't post yandere lolis, but they have to be cute. Also the only reason the second one works for you is because it's cached in your browser - it's not for the rest of us so we don't see it. Upload it to imgur or tinypic or something.
