She wouldn't mind it- she's somewhat keen on being the first wife, but other than that, she doesn't really have any issues with whatever he could be doing with the other girls. Hell, in the second drama CD she goes as far as partnering up with Shalltear in a scheme to be able to get and share Ainz' services- from sleeping with him (it is implied that they'd do it at the same time, too) to other silly stuff. She and Shalltear also end up in a fight versus part of Nazarick's defenses to be able to enter the male bath and wash his back, but that's another story- it's also from the LN instead of the drama CDs. After that fight, he doesn't face anything that's difficult for him- well, the dragon lords may be strong enough to pose a challenge, but we don't know that yet, since we haven't seen enough of them- most of the fun from overlord comes from seeing one-sided massacres. For example, in the first drama CD, it's pretty hilarious to see the guardians fail at every possible level of teamwork for a while, hit each other and still defeat a world-destroying 200 meters monster tree without battle gear and without suffering a single scratch (from the tree. Albedo had her hand crushed defending the tree when Cocytus was going to kill it in one hit and Aura accidentally shoots some people). Ainz also proceeds to make it into a christmas tree- while it's still alive. The battle maids face some serious, challenging fights, though. They're all pretty weak compared to the guardians (ranging from level 40 to 60- all the guardians are level 100) so they can actually lose. They're pretty careful with the world conquering thing and it's happening because Demiurge misunderstood what Ainz wanted to do, but yeah, that's going on.
