How Often Do You Skip the OP/ED?

I guess I skip them if they aren't that good and they keep doing the same OP for the sixth time. Otherwise I watch it, and I always turn of those at top and at bottom subs on it if it's good quality, it gets in the way. EDs I skip more often but there are exceptions.

 

OPs are quite good to test that the computer/other device manages to play that quality without framedrops.

I never ever EVER skip the opening unless it's so painful to watch. I usually watch it and memorize the lyrics of the theme song soo.. It's kinda the usual for me to never skip.

I mainly skip endings unless the song is really good. I usually watch openings unless I don't like the song.

I skip every time. I can't remember the last time I watched an ending or opening.

 

Especially trigun. With THAT show I don't give the opening a chance to begin before I skip the bejeezus out of that sucker *kekeke*

I usually just watch openings along with the first episodes and then skip it until a new opening appears, otherwise I always skip endings, unless there is a really special one.

I mostly skip the OP/EP if I'm on an anime marathon, or the song isn't just too catchy for my liking lol.

I Skip the OP if the song not really good, for the ED i always skip them

After the first episode that the OP & ED appear, I skip them. Exceptions are when I really like the opening/ending (ex. Noragami OP, Log Horizon OP) and if some certain element changes every OP/ED (ex. KnB S2 2nd OP & ED).

It usually depends if I'm watching the anime consecutively and the quality of the opening with a tad bit of randomness if I want to actually watch it. Whether or not I watch the ending is just completely random.

I don't skip OP unless i really hate it. But I only watch ED once, i always skip it after that.

ED I usually always skip. Often, I never even watch through it once XD. OPs I'll always watch as long as the song is good.

I usually don't skip. I do other stuff while waiting for OP/ED to finish. I skip only those I really hate.

I'll skip the OP most of the time, sometimes without even watching it once, except in a few cases where I watch it almost every time.(Like Kill La Kill and Hozuki this season.)  For the ED I'll usualy fastforward to the next ep preview.  I'll watch both OP/ED at least once if the animation sequence is interesting or if the song doesn't get on my nerves.

Almost eveytime i skip an OP/ED but sometimes i watch it for the first time hoping for spoiler...then when i hear the @ kadiritolk.kadirisubs,com (a Filipino anime radio site) and hear an hair standing one. then i just surprise myself to see from what series it came from!

I don't pay much attention to them, unless I'm watching together with friends. Then we'd sing along the opening or ending, and temporarily become the happiest of youth. Especially Danshi Koukouse's ending. Good karaoke! pa pa pa parararira pa para~...

 

Other than that. Watch if like. Not if unmemorable. Most people have already pointed it out.

I actually always watch the OP and ED unless I'm watching it with my boyfriend - he always skips it after seeing it/hearing it for the first time because I just like to watch the animations mostly.

I, myself, personally skip it 90% of the time. 

 

I watch it once, on the first episode, and rarely do I ever watch it again. I think the only 3 anime's I've watched the OP/ED every episode so far were K-ON!, To Love-ru, and Sakura Trick. The only times I don't skip it is if the song is super cheery, or really fast-paced. K-ON's "Go! Go! Maniac" Song was always so fun, I had to listen to it. I couldn't help but bob my head left and right to it!

I almost always skip the OP and ED. The only reason why I don't skip is because the song grabs my attention. The only currently airing anime OP that I don't skip is D-Frag, love it. Since I've started to watch anime at school with my iPod Classic, I pretty much have to skip OP/ED due to limited time. Thinking about it, I don't think Zeph would approve of me skipping Sakura Trick OP/ED....xD

 

I could never skip the Sakura Trick OP/ED. It's so cheery, and the first few seconds of the song remind me of the ASDFMovie reference; "I'm gonna do an Internet!". Lol.

It depends if i like the song i will never skip it (i will listen to it for the whole 13/26 episodes etc.)

 

But if i dont like it i will always skip it.

 

Like the first OP in Mirai Nikki i always listened to this song it was just awesome. But the second OP i always skipped it because it was really bad imo.

Unless they look/sound exceptional or otherwise pique my interest from the start, I'll watch them once and skip the rest of them.

If the Op is good, i listen to it if not then... skip i guess :/ But there are very few Ops/Eds that i dislike. I usually start skipping after the 3rd or 4th episode everytime is start to continue the anime.
