Even the beginning there is already a hentai scene between the protagonist and childhood friend. However, the story is interesting and it really depicts yandere. Here are some suggestions for you- Cross Channel, Tsukihime (in only one route, and she's not even the main heroine of that route, but.) and School Days. There are some more, but I'll leave it at that. Check out my 50 VNs list later~ Cross Channel, for sure- the yandere in that one is incredible. I haven't played the School Days VN yet, but from the anime, there's another great yandere in that one (one of my favorites- see my avatar). And Saya no Uta is a classic. Go play it. All the good ones I can think of have already been mentioned, but I can recommend all of them. I wouldn't necessarily bother with Yandere, though- it's not horrible, but it's disappointing if you go into it with high expectations.
