Actually, the songs from Rewrite, Clannad and Hoshizora no Memoria are all amongst the ones I personally still hear regularly. Onaji Hoshi ni Umarete in particular from Hoshizora is incredible. Clephas Hapymaher is also one of the soundtracks I occasionally hear, though the songs are recorded in a loop mode, which makes them a bit akward to listen to due to the hard cuts. I also hear the soundtracks of the two Propeller VN's Tokyo Babel and The Shadows of Pygmalion. Though they more because they are more tense and atmospheric than emotional.
